High excitement today! We brought home the long coveted Wilderness Expeditions Wildchild carrier and he loved it! He did honest - nearly as much as dad even! It is a pretty serious bit of kit, perfect for those multiday bushwalking adventures.
Wow, that is too cool!! And a lovely photo too. he's a little sweetheart... oh, and Nicholas is all right too ;)
Matteo will be jealous of the shoes, btw. I bought his first pair yesterday. He is nowhere near walking, not even crawling yet (working on his magnificent cognitive abilities instead, methinks) and shoes are probably not necessary for a few months yet. But I finally found some I liked, and he might need them at nursery.
We're getting out for a day walk in the next week or two. Hopefully, then an overnight camp with a day walk or two (somewhere cooler, like O'Reillys or Binna Burra). But it will be next Autumn before we go through walking - just too hot, otherwise. The carrier is also great around the house. Nicholas stays really quiet yet alert in it on Dan's back - freeing me up for important adventures like napping! - Teresa

Hey, when is he going to have his first bushwalk, then?
